Meet Dr. Adam Sperl

Dr. Sperl believes orthodontic care should be personalized, efficient, and pressure-free. He takes the time to listen, explain, and collaborate — understanding each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and comfort level before building a customized, evidence-based treatment plan, whether that means braces, clear aligners, expanders, or a combination of care.

He believes the best outcomes come from a collaborative approach, and works closely with a patient’s general dentist and dental care team to ensure seamless, integrated care from the first visit to the final retainer. With years of experience transforming smiles, Dr. Sperl remains committed to providing the highest level of care and looks forward to helping every patient achieve the confident smile they deserve.

Since 2020, Dr. Sperl has helped thousands of patients discover their smile — experience that now shapes every treatment plan at Compass Orthodontics.

Before and during his residency, Dr. Sperl practiced as a general dentist — giving him a comprehensive perspective of oral health that continues to inform his approach to every case. In 2021, his research on maxillary expansion treatment was published in a leading international orthodontic journal, contributing to advancements in the specialty.

Now as the founder of Compass Orthodontics, Dr. Sperl is proud to bring that experience home to Medina — with the same commitment to mentorship and community leadership that has defined his career.
