Long before Compass Orthodontics opened its doors in Medina, Dr. Sperl and his wife, Stephanie, a pediatric nurse practitioner, knew the kind of care they wanted to offer. Seven values inspired the practice they dreamed of building, and they are a big part of why the two chose to open a practice of their own. Today, those values spell our name.
